2023/12/05 私の環境ではSublimeText4へのアップデートが来ました。それに伴いSublimeText3で使用していたClickable URLsが機能しなくなりました。が、一度removeしてから再度installしなおすことで機能するようになりました。開発者は「もうSublime Textを使っていないしサポートする気もない」とのことですが、まだまだ動作します。
